Who is in the film?

The Shamed crew has filmed 24 interviews, and they are still not finished. The people interviewed come from all walks of life and from all different places on the spectrum of pornography addiction and recovery. Some are addicts, some are loved ones, some are experts in the field. Here are some of the real people who have been involved so far:

  • Meet Amy, from the blog Walking in Freedom, and see what she had to say about her experience on the set of Shamed in her blog posts: Unmerited Favor (May 7) and Shamed (April 30)
  • Wife A from the blog, Wives Helping Wives, and her husband were interviewed for the film. See what she said about it in her post, Face to our Story.
  • Jessica Harris hosts a beautiful site, Beggar's Daughter, dedicated to women addicted to pornography. In her post, Sobriety vs. Recovery, she talks about receiving her list of interview questions before going on set for Shamed and addresses one in particular: "Is sobriety enough?"
  • Wendy, of the blog Renewing Ruined Cities, and her husband were interviewed.
